FYI, I tried your extension AFTER installing the "Better Gmail 2" extension. I did this on two machines, and on one of them, it kept saying "You don't have the custom labels installed for GTDInbox!" and clicking OPTIONS gave a grey screen but no dialogue.

Then I worked it out: The "Folders4Gmail" sidebar conflicts with the Labels/Status magic on the sidebar. Disabling this option allows both extensions to work together flawlessly.

Thanks so much for putting this together! I've only just dipped my toes in the coolness so far, but the little bit I've done is already helpful.

One of my tag, called "Account Info", for some reason doesn't sort itself under Misc when using the drop down list. It is, however, sorted correctly on the sidebar. Any idea of why this is?

@eirc - I suspect the website is misleading you. It's become a little out of date (ok, quite a lot!); and is desperate for an overhaul (and it will get one soon!). The dashboard that was took up too much space within Gmail, so it was dropped in favour of using a dropdown menu, to the right of the normal 'More Actions' menu. Hope that helps!

How do I end up with 2.10.0.3 a few days ago? It seems to work well with FF 3.0.3, and as far as I could tell with FF 3.1beta, but the latter had other problems so I went back to 3.0.3.

Your great GTDInbox seems to have a conflict with Freenigma [www.freenigma.com]. It looks like both add-ons are competing for the same space at GMail.

I use 2.10.0.2 and FF3.0.3 on XP SP3.
Freenigma version 0.6.10

Love this upgrade! Especially the ability to create my own Label Prefixes.

Couple of minor bugs: when creating a new label prefix, I didn't get a list of labels to migrate to the new prefix. The new prefix was created okay though - I then went to the Labels tab and renamed the ones I wanted to migrate.

Second, I noticed that under Reviews the button "Create Review" is misplaced in the box - it overlays the Category prompt.

I use Firefox 3.0 on a Mac

There seems to be a problem differentiating between square brackets and parentheses.

When I load gmail now, my Context filters show Unread messages in the square brackets instead of parentheses. However, when I clicked into one of those unread messages, it reverts back to showing the number in parentheses. Once I click back into the inbox, its brackets again.
