Also, the drop-down "Recent Projects" has disappeared, but I like it better this way myself; it could also be made a UI option, I suppose. The tool is getting so polished that I don't even yearn for the next version any more, I just use it. But I am curious to see what you have in mind. Two related gripes - it doesn't seem to remember the open/closed status of the label groups any more (Statuses, Projects etc), and I can't hide status groups (e.g. Contexts, References).
