Is anyone still having problems getting GTDInbox to load?
If so, please reply in the comments here, or drop me an email (andy@gtdinbox.com) today, and I will try and work with you to get it fixed.
It would beĀ a great help if you include details from the troubleshooting bit in the FAQ (see ‘GTDInbox has stopped working, what do I do?’).

Yes, it still won’t load when there’s nothing in the inbox.
The error log contains a number of messages (with yellow triangles):
Warning: Unknown property ‘text-overflow’. Declaration dropped.

Line: 1

and lots more.. No actual Errors, though.
Phil — that’s pretty fundamental! I will try and figure that one out.
Yes, it’s still unable to be loaded in my inbox. the error message is :
Error during gtdMainPagePlugin load: TypeError: el is null
Hope this can help.
Cheers!
Ditto — don’t know how to get the error, but my inbox is empty, and gtdInbox isn’t loading.
If you click on a folder that has some emails in it, and the press “refresh”, then GTDInbox loads as normal
Andy,
I just installed today (new install), and did not have success at first. It felt like the labels were not being successfully made, and then they were not being linked to. Also, the ‘buttons’ in the email header were not appearing at times. I restarted and restarted, labs on and off, finally I did something right.
I sent you some debug errors out of some of the cycles hopefully it helps.
I also have the same situation, if there is no email in the box, no GTD inbox appears on the side.
Thanks for a great looking tool
GTDInbox not loading anymore.
I’ve tried re-installing firefox 3.5.4, but same problem. Simply disappeared.
I am receiving a “GTDinbox could not load (1 errors).”
In my error console, I see the following:
Error: frames[3] is undefined
Source File: file:///C:/Users/XXXXX/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/pjkrzbop.default/gm_scripts/gmail_30/gmail_30.user.js

And many warnings like this:

I am am receiving the same error message on both Windows 7 and OS/X 10.6.2.

Hi Rhett,
Peyton Stafford here. I work with Andy. I am going to assume that you have updated to GTDInbox 3.0.11 and that the problem is relevant to that version of GTDInbox. Could you please send us an email at support@gtdinbox.com, and we will work with you from there?
Best,
Peyton
Ubuntu 9.10 / FF 3.5.7 (and Swiftfox)
Yup – I get “GTDInbox could not load (1 errors).”; pops up at the top of Gmail when I logon.
Thanks for Gtd; can’t wait to use it!
Gtd 3.0.11
Thanks Lupatrian and Rhett! Peyton here. At this point, unless you are upgrading from an earlier version of GTDInbox and need to reset your prefs in about:config, there’s not much to do except wait until our next release, which should go out, next week.
Please watch the blog for the announcement.
Best,
Peyton
