We have had reports from several users via UserVoice and Twitter that since they upgraded to Firefox 3.6, the GTDInbox action status buttons have disappeared. One user reported that the drop-down buttons have also disappeared.
We are working on a new update to GTDInbox that will restore full functionality. We plan to release it no later than early next week. Be assured that we will release it as soon as possible, even if we have to work all weekend.
This has slightly delayed us in releasing GTDInbox Plus Beta. We anticipate releasing it, early next week, too. We will announce both releases via this blog, Twitter, and our new GTDInbox Facebook page.

My buttons seem to have disappeared and I’m still on 3.5
This seems to be happening more than we knew. We should have a fix within a few days and will notify everyone via the blog, FaceBook, Twitter, etc.
I’m using 3.5 also. I think the problem has been fixed because buttons are back. Thanks!
Same here. On 3.5 and the buttons and side pop up in the folder view have disappeared
Thank you for letting us know about this. We are trying to get to the root cause and hope to have a fix, early next week. Can you give us more details? Does this happen all the time? Do the buttons come back if you refresh GMail or refresh Firefox? How long has it been going on?
One of our highest priorities is to make GTDInbox as reliable as possible, so we would appreciate any help you could provide.
I suddenly don’t have status buttons but do have the sidebar. FF 3.5.7.
Nancy, please check your left sidebar and install GTDInbox 3.0.10. You may need to refresh GMail several times after the install to get GTDInbox working correctly, but this will most likely take care of it for you.
If not, please let us know whether you are using GTDInbox Free or GTDInbox Plus Beta, and which version of Firefox you are using.
I get a message at the top of the browser that says “GTDInbox could not load (1 errors). Report to Team Hide” I am on FF 3.6 and am using Google Apps Premier which is showing version “gmail_fe_642_p14″. I have GTDInbox v 3.0.11 installed. Any ideas?
Dax,
Thank you for the report. Please try the new update at http://www.gtdinbox.com/gettingstarted.htm to see if this fixes the problem.
Best,
Peyton Stafford
Yup, that seemed to fix it. Thanks Peyton!
Dax,
I’m glad it worked for you. Please let me know if I may be of any service.
Best,
Peyton Stafford
