Confidently ignore low priority emails

The Some Day Status
If you receive a lot of unsolicited email, especially as a blogger or investor, you will often receive useful thoughts, tips & suggestions that might not be relevant to you right now but still have future potential.
With ActiveInbox, you can give these emails a 'Some Day' Status label, and push them to the back of your priorities (but not forget them!).
Bring it back when the contact reconnects
In the future, if you have reason to speak with the contact again, ActiveInbox will present you with the earlier conversations. This gives you the chance to re-evaluate the historic emails and perhaps make use of them.
For example, if a team member has suggested something (and you marked it Some Day), and then suggests something new, it reminds you to thank them, and perhaps there is now enough substance to put the suggestions into action.
Bring it back when you have spare time
It also gives you an opportunity during calmer times to return to those emails. For example, as a journalist you might find that from Monday to Thursday press tips come so quickly that nothing but the absolute cream of the crop gets printed. Then on a slow Friday, or the weekend shift, you have nothing to write about. Cue the opportunity to scan back through earlier emails that you know were interesting but not quite A-list, and cherry pick the next best stuff.
