Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can try Plus on every account you have - just install ActiveInbox and follow the setup.

What is your refund policy?
Licenses are bought in annual blocks, and we offer a 30 day refund from the date of purchase (although if you're ever not happy, just drop us an email and we'll see what we can do). Email support@activeinboxhq.com.

What happens if I stop paying?
ActiveInbox simply goes back to free mode, which you can use forever. We do not delete any of the organization you've created, or information you've stored -- it's available should you ever wish to return to ActiveInbox Plus.

Why do you cost a lot less than your competitors?
We have not compromised on quality (although please do judge that for yourself!). Instead we believe that such a fundamental change to email - to turn them into the tasks they really are - should be affordable for everyone. We've built the company to be as lean yet sustainable as possible. We are the Model T Ford of the new approach to email.

Do you have free licenses for charities and other good causes?
It would be our pleasure to support people doing good work by helping you get your email under control. Please be aware that we only donate full licenses (rather than give discounts), as we believe everyone should pay the same or nothing, and try to donate only to non-profits that we feel do really great work for others.

I have more than one Gmail account, must I buy 2 licences?
After much discussion with the community we wanted to be really fair about this, so we made sure that each ActiveInbox Plus license is valid for both a work account and a personal account (i.e. 2 accounts).

Can I use ActiveInbox Plus on multiple machines?
Yes! ActiveInbox Plus is registered for a Gmail account, and you can use it wherever you access Gmail.

How long have you been in business?
ActiveInbox (as the experimental projects GTDInbox and GTDGmail) has been supported since 2006, and we became a profitable company in 2009. We are in this for the long haul.
