ActiveInbox Support and Community

We provide many support and community options to ActiveInbox users.

  • The ActiveInbox Workflow is our feature and methodology guide for getting the best out of ActiveInbox. New and power users alike can gain fresh ideas for making the most of managing their email here.
  • Our Community Forum is for reporting bugs and making feature requests (and discussing them). If you are a power user and enjoy helping people, you'll be more than welcome to share your expertise here.
  • The ActiveInbox Blog and Twitter is where we announce the latest releases (major and minor), share/solicit tips on email best practices, talk about the company and discuss the design and purpose of upcoming features.
    (If you have a problem with ActiveInbox, please always check the blog/Twitter first to see if an announcement has been made about it, or a fix released).
  • Our General FAQ contains answers to common support questions and problems.
  • Our Sales FAQ has useful information for (future) Plus customers.
  • If ActiveInbox reports warnings in its sidebar, we ask that you submit them to us using the provided tool. By doing so, we build up accurate details of the problem very quickly, and should be able to solve it shortly thereafter. One thing to note! We do not generally reply individually to the error reports, we just dig into our code, get it fixed & get it released as soon as we can.
  • If you cannot get the answers you need from the Community Forum, the blog or the FAQ, please get in touch via support@activeinboxhq.com. (Please note though that we believe it's best to keep the conversations open and public where possible, and focus our efforts on making sure you get the fastest response via the Community Forum and the blog - just use the email if you have an unsatisfied issue or need to speak to a specific team member).
